Rock Biz provides three pricing structures and membership models that can include hold and statement fees. Each gym builds the membership products and pricing that suit their business and meet the demands of their customers.
Four basic types of memberships:
Prepaids – all cost, with the exception of hold fees, are paid upfront. The time period is set at the time of sale. There are two types of prepays; “Term” or “Fixed Date”. A monthly membership good for the 30 days following its sale is an example of a “term” membership. An example of a “fixed date” membership is a Semester Pass that becomes active and ends on specified dates.
EFT Memberships – these memberships automatically bill monthly on one or more fixed days of the month and pay automatically via a credit card or bank draft. Many RockBiz users prefer billing on the first or last day of the month; others prefer mid-month, and some offer their customers a choice of the two dates. All customers will be billed on a fixed date chosen in the membership product setup. Customers purchasing a membership on non-billing will have that membership prorated
Fixed Number of Visits Pass (Punch Card) – a set number of visits is sold to a climber. A visit is deducted from the total each time the climber checks in. A warning pops up if the climber has already checked in for the day. Other climbers may be added to the pass, so a family of 5 can use a 10 visit pass for two gym sessions.
