Exporting daily financial data to a Quickbooks .iif file is available using the 'xout' command found under the 'Actions' menu on the BackOffice Dashboard. Remember to set the date for the data you wish to export. If you are a new user, or have problems, please check the following setup issues:
Setting up
- Log in as a RockBiz user with administrator permissions.
- Select the Advanced Settings dashboard, and open the Site Settings editor.
- Under the 'Accounting' group, choose the export type; Also set the Ledger Export directory (folder) where you would like the export file to be created.
- Close the Site Settings editor, and open the 'Accounting Setup' editor.
- In the grid that appears, edit the values in the column on the far right labeled 'Export Account'. Enter then full name of the Quickbooks account that corresponds to each RockBiz account listed.
